Settling into HGPV!

After much moving and getting use to, we are finally settling into our new place. I guess what we really need to get use to was the new routine of getting up and going to work on time, ensuring that we are not late and all.

As i teach, I have to be in school by 7.10a.m. and i usually would wanna be a bit earlier. Stanley on the other hands works real far away and thus, the new place do post some new challenges to us.

But really, the pros of having our own place is really having our own time, besides the routine cleaning and all, which Stanley helps out a lot is also the time we get to cook dinner for ourselves with no one saying a single thing about it.

Furthermore, as our place is beside a park, walking in the park becomes our time to chill and just enjoys each other company.

Basically, I would say it is great to have our own place!

As our wedding was towards the end of the year, it was rather tough for us to travel far. But the travel bug in us still needs to get out of Singapore to have some fun. Therefore, we took a mini trip down to Batam, Indonesia for our chill-lex resort stay.
