Our Wedding Day, 121314

Our wedding day starts early in the morning with my MUA reaching my place at about 5am.

Basically, MUA will arrive based on the time you need to start gate crash and it is usually 3 hrs before the gate crashing begins, so the earlier the gate crash the earlier you need to wake up. >.<

6a.m. all my jie meis' arrived @ my mum's place and prep for war! While the guys have time for MAC breakie and all!

Make up done! 

8a.m. gate crashing starts. As Stanley and I love watching Running Man, we opt for it to be our morning theme for Gate crash! So, NO to de-grading act like "banana" games and all, instead we had Running Man games!

After the gate crash is was tea ceremony at both his parents' place and my parents' place. Then off we fly to NTU for Photos!

2p.m. we are back @ the hotel to rest and 3p.m. the make-up for the night and the mums starts again! 

6p.m. all is ready for the night!

The night really fly by with no time for food at all, maybe is because i had 3 outfits to go in and out in. but still it was soooooo fast! 

Anyway, I am totally glad that it is all over and yeah! We are now officially marry! Love!

His Proposal...

My agreement with Stanley before this took place was that i do not need a proposal. We know what we want and truly know what we are moving towards.

However, Stanley being him always says he needs to give me what he needs to and that we should not deviate too much from the norms.

So very romantically on our 58th month celebration he made his proposal with much effort. He was very stress the weeks before this and unknowing to me that he was planning the proposal i added some unnecessary stress to him as well i guess. 

So here are some photo to share our flyer dinner experience before the proposal itself.

After the dinner, Stanley act like all normal and drove me back home. However, in the end he drove to Bishan Park and it was there he proposal. with a awesome album with a hidden compartment where the ring sits.

Late last year, Stanley was thinking of getting a proposal ring. He tried to get an idea of what i like and what design i want. However, after much warning and "threatening" from me (I said i wont wear it is i don't like it), he finally decided to bring me along to get the wedding ring! And of course being a Design (DNT) teacher, I was so excited and wanted to design my own ring. =)

We visited JannPaul late last year and as always, I always tell Stanley i will go there and see but the seeing always end up with Stanley paying. Sorry love! =( 

Anyway the service @ JannPaul was really great, they explain in detail how we should go about selecting a diamond and help us (actually me, most of the time) in getting the design and we want. 

All their diamond are Super Ideal Cut. So really good quality and all GIA certified. So here it is, the diamond we choose! =)

When we leave JannPaul on the day, they told us that the ring will be ready by 20/12/2012. And when the time comes it is Stanley who is all stress out by it. and me all excited about it!! =)
