Hooked on Board Games!

Trying to find a hobby that is great for a whole family and friends? Trying board games! Many will link playing board games as being geeky and nerdy but really they are fun and highly exciting! Stanley being a strategist is always good at strategy games, as for me I always enjoy a challenge!

We started board gaming after being introduced to Cash Flow Rat Race. We find board game a great way to connect and share new experience and common interest together. So, when we have out own place, we decided to have a study area and also a little chill and game area in one of the room for us to have alone time to read or even shared time over books or board games.

Study room!

After putting up some deco...

Chair, Sofa, Study Table, Carpet, all from Taobao!
Now the room is pretty much more fill up with books, and games!
We are increasing our collections!

After doing up the room, we got to bring in games and books. The trip to Aussie see us bringing 6 books and 2 board games back! We also got Saboteur 1 & 2  from a board game shop in the Central, Singapore.

Board games in Singapore are rather expensive and can go up to $100 each. Average price is $60-70. So to lighten the impact on our pocket, we decided to seek alternative solutions to getting them! Amazon we discover, offers board games at an average price of $10 to $20 cheaper than Singapore and on top of it all, it provides free shipping with a purchase of USD135 and above! So there we go, we got 5 more board games at one go and got them shipped over. The 5 board games are; Pandemic, Flash Point, 7 Wonders, Small World and Forbidden Island

Board Games shipped by Amazon

Pandemic!

Since we been having a lot of fun with the board games and have friends over playing with us! On top of the 5 games, we also had Forbidden Desert and Sequence from Aussie at about $15 cheaper than Singapore! Happy!

So do give these board games a try!
