Vietnam 2013; Hanoi (Part 2)

The train bring us safely back to Hanoi without delay this time round. Happy!

The last 2 days in Hanoi was actually just an extended time for us to be in Vietnam and enjoy being on a holiday! Since we are here, we might as well be here longer!
Thus, it is one of those day where we have no agenda in mind, nothing to do, just walk around and let the world pass by.

We spend the morning visiting a wholesales market. Always nice to see the countries' market-place as there is where all the culture and lifestyle of the ppl is!

Then we had a great lunch of Bun Cha and Vietnam Rice Paper Spring Rolls. One of our best meal there! Super Nice food!

After lunch it was dessert along the street. Don't really know what was on the board, but we simple order away and see what we get! hahaha. It is dessert anyway, how bad can it get?

We then continue our way down the main lake of Hanoi. Trying to see where else can we venture to.

We finally found ourselves in a shopping mall, kind of like their only shopping mall in Hanoi or maybe the key one. And we saw Paris Baguette inside! I am not someone who cafe in Singapore, but we were in Hanoi, and Cafe-ing is cheap! Thus, I took the opportunity and cafed there. I must say if cafe-ing is as cheap in Singapore as it is here i will Cafe more. But yeah, never mind, what makes this experience unique is the fact that it is not what i usually do in Singapore so I am happy!

After Cafe-ing, we decided to walk around a bit more before heading to meet our aussie friend for dinner and night market shopping. With the sunset behind us we really did enjoy ourselves and the "us" time we had.

The next day, also our last day in Hanoi, we had Pho for breakfast. Pho!!!

Then it was dessert again, we just have to try everything on the board! hahaha.

And finally tea along the street before heading to the airport then back to Singapore!

Got to the airport to find our flight being delay. Sad!
But this means more time in Hanoi.

All in all, our trip to Hanoi was a wonderful experience, lots of first time and lots of unforgettable moment. We made new friends, tried new things and had lots of fun just being together, being us. Definitely something we will look back and laugh at and miss.

Love!
